The living and dining area is furnished with a sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a flat-screen television, and direct access to the south-west facing balcony of 13 m2. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a flat-screen television. The second bedroom features a French bed also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as a flat-screen television. The open-plan kitchen is fully fitted and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a separate WC is also available. The bed layout is flexible, and while more sleeping options are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, the capacity of 4 must not be exceeded.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
