The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the main living space. A separate WC completes the main level. On the lower ground floor, you will find 3 bedrooms: a children's room fitted with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, and 2 further rooms each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. This floor is also served by 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC.
