The outdoor spaces at Kiviranta are truly exceptional, with a terrace that commands a dramatic 37-meter elevation difference down to the lake, offering breathtaking and uninterrupted lake views. The property sits just 90 meters from Lake Arkiomaanjärvi, a lake measuring 0.8 km in width and 2.2 km in length, whose waters feature a rapidly deepening, rocky bottom. A pier provides good swimming access directly from the property, and a rowing boat is available for your use, inviting you to explore the calm waters at your leisure. The lakeside sauna is a highlight of the exterior, featuring both a wood-burning and an electric sauna stove, a dressing room, and a cozy living area. Washing water in the lakeside sauna is heated in a stove tank, and the facility benefits from electricity and summer water pumped from the lake. The lakeside sauna is available from May 1st to October 31st. Approximately 50 meters from the main villa, a grill hut is available, shared with 2 neighboring Kiviranta apartments, providing a wonderful communal space for outdoor dining and evening gatherings.
