Additionally, there is a spacious loft with two mattresses on the floor, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The spacious living room is furnished with a sofa set, a dining table and chairs, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a breakfast cabinet with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. The villa also features a separate WC with a washing machine.

The sauna offers a unique experience with surfaces made from natural peat, creating a distinctive ambiance. The sauna area is separate from the main living space, allowing for late-night relaxation without disturbing those already asleep. It features a wood-heated sauna stove and a washroom with two showers. Between the sauna area and the main building, there is a cooling-off space with a glass-enclosed terrace, providing shelter from autumn winds and winter snow.

A fiber-optic internet connection ensures seamless remote work. The villa also includes a free electric vehicle charging station. The spacious yard features a beach volleyball court, and Lake Karvianjärvi is rich in fish, including pike-perch. A nearby boat ramp allows easy launching of larger boats. Sarvela public swimming beach is located just 65 meters away and suites well to the small children.

Please note: The property is only rented to families, couples and others looking for a peaceful holiday. The property is not rented to groups of people under 25 years of age.
