Additionally, there is one room with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

The apartment comes with a shower, a separate toilet, and electric heating. The large balcony measures 18 square meters and offers a west-facing position with balcony furniture. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
