CHECK IN RULES

Upon check-in, you will be required to present the passports or ID cards of all guests for registration with the State Police portal, as required by law. Access to the property is not possible without this information.
TOURIST TAX
You will also be asked to pay the city tourist tax, which must be paid in cash upon arrival (credit card payments will not be accepted). Based on the provisions of art. 4 of the Legislative Decree n. 23 of 14 March 2011) the Italian municipalities with a predominantly tourist vocation can request the tourist tax, intended to finance interventions in the field of tourism including those in support of accommodation facilities, the maintenance, use and recovery of cultural and environmental assets, as well as local public services.
The amounts of this tax are established by the municipality to which the booked property belongs and must be paid in cash upon arrival on site and it is paid by each month of stay.

BEFORE DEPARTURE
Please dispose of all rubbish Leave the kitchen tidy: the sink should be empty, and the stovetop clean and free of food scraps, dirty dishes, or pans.
Please leave all used towels on the bathroom floor.
Turn off all lights and air conditioning units before leaving the villa.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING
If the villa is left in a dirty condition or with rubbish remaining, an additional cleaning fee of €100 will be charged.
GATE ACCESS
The electric gate can be opened using the remote control provided (one per set of keys) or entering the code 240181A to the left of the gate. The gate closes automatically.
ELECTRICITY AND HEATING USAGE
Hot tub, swimming, pool, appliances and outdoor lighting are included in the rental price.
Indoor lighting and airconditioning will be charged at €0.50 per kWh.
Heating is charged based on consumption €3 x cubic meter
Toilet paper, coffee pods, rubbish bags, coffee filters and dishwasher pods are provided at the start of your stay.
Additional supplies should be purchased as needed during your stay.
