Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows:
- The daily rearrangement of all the rooms will be carried out from 10.00 to 13.00 with the change of towels;
- change of bed linen is every 3 nights.
- Bathroom linen per person: 1x face sponge, 1x bidet sponge, 1x shower sponge, 1x bathrobe, 1x pool towel;
It is mandatory the payment of € 5.00 per room as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 100.00.
All travellers benefit, with the payment of the 6% Agency Fee, from the RARO CARE service covering Cancellation and any accidental damage to the property.With RARO CARE Service you will be covered for any damages exceeding €100.00 and up to €5,000.00

- the percentage of the total rental amount paid at the time of the booking as initial deposit if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period;
- 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show.
