The main living and dining area is bright and inviting, providing direct access to one of the 2 private terraces from which guests can enjoy a very beautiful view of the sea. The first double bedroom is equipped with 1 french bed measuring 150 cm and includes a dedicated shower and WC, as well as its own access to the terrace. The second double bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 135 cm. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm, making it an ideal space for younger guests. A second shower and WC serves the remaining bedrooms. Both terraces are furnished with terrace furniture, allowing guests to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and the surrounding views.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
