Additionally, there is one room with two beds (90 cm wide, 200 cm length), also equipped with air conditioning. The open kitchen comes with two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment has a shower/WC, but no heating option.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
