You will be staying in a modern and spacious 3-room apartment with a total area of 100 m2, situated on the top floor. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 person (160 cm, length 210 cm), a TV, and satellite TV (flat screen), as well as air conditioning for your comfort. One of the rooms features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main floor. On the top floor, you'll find another room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height ranging from 120 to 230 cm, and 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), also with air conditioning. This room has its own bath/shower/WC.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
