On the upper floor, there is an additional room with a ceiling height ranging from 160 cm to 230 cm, featuring a french bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and air conditioning. This room also has an exit to the balcony.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
