The large living/dining room features an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only) and a flat-screen TV. You can access the terrace directly from this room. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules provided. The kitchen also has a separate exit leading to the terrace. On this level, there is a shower room, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin. The house has electric heating.
