The property features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms distributed thoughtfully across both floors, making it a practical and welcoming vacation rental for families.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a bright living and dining room, complete with a flat screen television offering international TV channels, and a wood-burning stove that adds a warm, rustic character to the space. From the living area, you have direct access to a terrace. The ground floor also includes a well-equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a steamer, alongside a separate WC. A full bathroom with both a bath and shower is also located on this level. The first children's room on this floor is a small and cosy space featuring 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

On the upper floor, you will find the large double bedroom, which is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm widths and a length of 200 cm. This room benefits from its own shower and WC, as well as access to a small private terrace equipped with terrace furniture.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
