On the lower ground floor, the villa offers an additional bedroom with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. This floor also includes a small living room, a kitchenette equipped with 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and a dedicated shower room with WC. Direct access to the private patio and the swimming pool is available from this level, all oriented to the south and enjoying breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains.
