The ground floor also includes 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, as well as an open kitchen equipped with a bar, and a shower room alongside 2 separate WCs. The upper floor, characterized by sloping ceilings and accessible via a spiral staircase, hosts 3 bedrooms each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. Additionally, 2 open rooms with sloping ceilings are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A shower room with WC completes the upper floor. It is important to note that the rental consists of 2 houses, each with its own kitchen, connected by a door on the ground floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
