The living/dining room is 20 square meters and features an open-hearth fireplace, although it is solely for decorative purposes. This room also has a TV with a flat screen and an exit leading to the terrace. There are two rooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Another room contains two beds, each 80 cm wide and 200 cm long. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an exit leading to the terrace. The property has a shower area, a separate toilet, and a double hand-basin. Gas heating is available throughout the house. On the upper floor, there is an additional room with sloping ceilings and a low door height of 176 cm, featuring two beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
