Situated on the 2nd floor, the main level features a spacious living and dining room that opens directly onto a terrace with views of the swimming pool. Also on this floor, a fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering stays, including an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and a freezer. A separate WC is also available on this level. The first bedroom on this floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements. One room is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and includes a private shower and WC. The third bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and direct access to a private balcony with views of the swimming pool.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
