Your 2-room apartment is a spacious and bright 70 square meter unit located on the 1st floor. It features an open living/sleeping room with a double sofabed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm long, complete with cable TV and radio access. This room provides direct access to the balcony. There is also a separate room with a double bed of the same dimensions (180 cm wide, 200 cm long). The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine with Nespresso capsules available for purchase. A dining table is also included in the kitchen area. The apartment has one bathroom with a toilet.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
