The lower ground floor houses a playroom with a hi-fi system and DVD player. Moving up to the upper floor, you'll find another living and dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and access to a terrace. This level also has one room with a French bed and a separate toilet. The second upper floor features four bedrooms: one with two beds, one with a French bed, one with two beds and a French bed, and one with a bed and a French bed. There is also another room with a French bed on this level, along with a shower and toilet. The villa offers a balcony spanning 8 square meters and a terrace measuring 18 square meters.
