On the main level, the entrance opens into a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining room, elegantly furnished and designed for comfort, with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The first bedroom on this floor is equipped with 1 french bed and benefits from its own shower and WC. The second bedroom contains 2 beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with 1 french bed and enjoys its own private exit to the terrace. A separate shower and WC is also available on this level. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living and dining area. On the lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, a living and sleeping room features 1 french bed and is served by a full bathroom with bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. This lower level also opens onto a large terrace and offers a beautiful view of the resort. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
