This level also includes 1 bedroom with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 190 cm, as well as a shower and WC.
The upper floor features a second living and dining room with direct access to a veranda, along with a fully equipped kitchen also fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. This floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with a French bed measuring 1 x 160 cm with a length of 190 cm, and 1 room with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm with a length of 190 cm.
