On the ground floor, the villa welcomes you with a spacious and elegantly furnished living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the veranda. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers a larger French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A third, smaller room on this floor is fitted with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The ground floor also includes an open kitchen and a bathroom with both a bath and shower, a separate shower room, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, a self-contained studio provides additional accommodation with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a shower and WC combined, and a kitchenette with a small dining table. It is important to note that one double bedroom is located outside the main apartment, and there is no internal connecting door between the 2 separated properties.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
