Both pools feature an unconventional shape that adds a distinctive character to the resort's outdoor areas. A dedicated children's pool is also available, making the outdoor space particularly suitable for families travelling with young ones. An outdoor shower completes the poolside facilities, providing a refreshing and practical amenity for guests returning from the beach or enjoying time by the water.

Guests are kindly reminded that a car is recommended when staying at "Palm Beach," as certain amenities and attractions in the surrounding area are best reached by private vehicle. Please be aware that the property does not have access to a lift. Groups of teenagers are accepted on request only and must be arranged in advance. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and all guests are expected to observe quietness and demonstrate good behaviour throughout their stay, in respect of the local community and fellow resort residents.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room furnished with a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, and a boiler with a capacity of 60 litres. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor. From the living area, you have direct access to a private terrace furnished with outdoor furniture and offering a pleasant view of the swimming pool. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm x 190 cm and has access to a balcony. The second bedroom accommodates up to 4 guests and features 1 bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm along with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. A bathroom with bath and WC serves the upper floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
