The chalet accommodates a maximum of 9 guests, configured as 6 adults and 3 children, and features 3 bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms. The interiors are partly characterized by sloping ceilings and are furnished with great care, combining comfort and aesthetic refinement throughout.

On the main level, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining area, complete with a Scandinavian wood stove and a home cinema setup. The open kitchen is fully equipped and directly accessible from this living space. A bath, shower, and WC are also located on this floor. From the main level, you have direct access to a large terrace offering very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

On the lower ground floor, 1 room features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a private bath, shower, and WC. The upper floor hosts 1 room with 1 single bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm and 1 French bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. Accessible via a ladder, an open small gallery with sloping ceilings, where the ceiling height ranges between 120 and 145 cm, contains 1 additional bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. A further room on this floor, without a wardrobe, includes 1 double sofa bed measuring 140 cm by 200 cm. On the top floor, accessible via a ladder, an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 48 to 135 cm accommodates 1 bed measuring 90 cm by 200 cm. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as galleries and alcoves, rather than in fully enclosed bedrooms.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
