On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining room of 40 m2 is furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 210 cm in length, and opens directly onto the swimming pool area. Adjacent to the living space, a well-appointed open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level. The ground floor further includes a first bedroom of 20 m2 fitted with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a private shower and WC, and direct access to the swimming pool. A billiard room of 25 m2 completes the ground floor layout, offering an additional leisure space with its own exit to the pool area.

On the upper floor, 3 additional bedrooms are arranged to provide generous personal space. - 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
