Welcome to an unforgettable active holiday in this 45 m² holiday apartment, built in 2016 and located on the ground floor of a low-rise building in the Sports Institute area. This bright apartment combines well-designed facilities with a convenient location, just 85 km from Highway Kehä III.
The Eerikkilä Sport & Outdoor Resort area offers a wide variety of activities and services, whether you're into outdoor recreation, sports, or simply relaxing in nature. The nearby Ruostejärvi Nature Recreational area is known for its clear waters and shallow sandy beach, ideal for swimming. You can reach the public beach by walking along a scenic lakeside path in just 15 minutes. There is also a private swimming spot approx. 150 metres from the apartment.
The apartment features a living room/kitchen, a washroom with WC, a bedroom with two separate 80 cm wide beds, a sleeping alcove with an 80 cm wide bunk bed. The apartment does not have its own sauna, but guests have free access to the sauna in the main building’s gym every evening. Lakeside saunas are also available for rental at an extra charge. Access to the gym is included in the price.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
