Both the living room and dining room have exits leading to the terrace. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with a French bed (one 160 cm, one 150 cm, and one 160 cm in length) and fans. Additionally, there is a shower room with a bidet, WC, double hand-basin, and a separate shower/WC. The open kitchen on this level features an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, you'll find another living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as an exit to the terrace. There are three more bedrooms on this level, one with a French bed (160 cm) and two with French beds (140 cm), all equipped with fans. There is also an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a bath/WC. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the floors.
