On the first floor, you will find a bright and elegantly appointed living and dining room that opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 13 m2, where panoramic views of the sea can be enjoyed from the comfort of terrace furniture. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bathroom and a separate WC are also located on this floor, the bathroom featuring a double hand-basin.
