The property features a spacious living/dining room equipped with a hi-fi system for your entertainment. The large, open kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the main floor for your convenience.

The upper floor comprises three bedrooms, one room with a French bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), and two rooms, each furnished with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). There is a bathroom and a separate WC on this level as well. The property is equipped with electric heating to ensure a comfortable stay during your vacation. Outdoors, you can enjoy a 20 square meter terrace with a north-facing position, complete with terrace furniture for relaxation.
