There are five bedrooms, each with its own unique configuration: one room with a bunk bed (two single beds) and a television, one room with a double bed and a television, two rooms with a double bed each, and one room with a single (French) bed. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
