On the ground floor, a large living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and direct access to the terrace. A generously sized kitchen is also located on this level, equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a dining table, with a further exit leading to the terrace. On the upper floor, the sleeping accommodations are distributed across 3 separate spaces: 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a gallery area with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and a further bedroom with a French bed also measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The upper floor also features a bathroom and a separate WC.
