This floor includes 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 190 cm x 190 cm and benefits from air conditioning, while the second features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm, also with air conditioning. A well-equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A bathroom with bath and WC completes the main floor.
The lower ground floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, functions as a self-contained living space with its own open living and dining room featuring a television and a fan, and direct access to a terrace.
