On the main level, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting living and dining room furnished with a flat screen TV and air conditioning, with direct access to a terrace. The kitchenette on this level is fully equipped for your culinary needs, featuring an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as an extra.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each equipped with individual air conditioning. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also includes a room without a window that contains a shower and air conditioning, as well as a separate shower and a separate WC, together forming the 2 bathrooms of the property. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
