You will stay in a 5-room house with 70 square meters of living space spread across two levels. The property has been partially renovated and features comfortable, beautiful furnishings. On the main level, you'll find a living/dining room with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, as well as access to the terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine (Nespresso capsules are provided). The upper floor houses three bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and air conditioning, another with a French bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and air conditioning, and a windowless room with a shower and air conditioning. This level also has access to the terrace, as well as a separate shower and toilet. The second upper floor features a gallery with another French bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and air conditioning.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
