The house features a comfortable and beautifully furnished living/dining room area with an exit leading to the garden. There is also a lounge with a flat-screen TV and another exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the upper floor, there is one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), another room with a sofa bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and two bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and a shower/WC.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
