The second bedroom is equipped with 1 bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as 1 bunk bed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and this room similarly benefits from its own balcony access. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, completing the thoughtful and functional layout of this apartment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
