The property features natural stone floors throughout and benefits from a south-facing orientation on both the terrace and the large garden.

On the ground floor, the layout opens into a living and dining room equipped with a flat-screen television, with direct access to the terrace. The first bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed configuration of 1 set of 2 bunk beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, complemented by 1 French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The ground floor bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC.

On the upper floor, a second living and dining room provides additional communal space, alongside an open kitchen. The fourth bedroom on this level features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm wide and 200 cm in length. The fifth bedroom contains 1 single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 additional sleeping facility measuring 120 cm wide and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
