The main level welcomes you with a spacious and characterful living and dining room featuring a traditional open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living area and the kitchen provide direct access to the partly roofed terrace. A bathroom with WC is also located on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden. The first room is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second room features a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 2 bedrooms, both equipped with individual air conditioning units. The first is a large room with a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and the second contains 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A bathroom and a separate WC serve this floor.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
