The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 190 cm in length. The third bedroom offers 1 set of bunk beds configured as 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The fourth bedroom provides 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
