The living and dining area is open-plan, featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is also open and fully equipped for self-catering stays. The first bedroom contains 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom offers a combination of 1 set of 2 bunk beds with a width of 75 cm and a length of 200 cm, along with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, with individual widths of 110 cm and 80 cm, both at a length of 200 cm. The single bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. The property also features a large terrace of 68 m2 with terrace furniture and beautiful views of the mountains.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
