From this space, direct access leads out to the large terrace. The kitchen is fully open and generously sized, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and an extra freezer of 210 litres, all complemented by a dining table. Also on this level, 1 bedroom features a double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 double bedroom is furnished with a double bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 200 cm.

On the lower ground floor, 2 additional bedrooms complete the sleeping arrangements.
