Also on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms are each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the living area. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
