It is located directly on the village slope and offers a parking space. The ski slope as well as hiking and biking trails begin right outside the door. Enjoy the breathtaking view and the wonderful sight of the surrounding mountains.
The accommodation is located on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. You can park your car in the outdoor parking lot directly in front of the studio or in the building's underground garage. An elevator is available. Garden furniture, including a deck chair and barbecue, is provided. The 1.80-meter-wide double bed accommodates two people but can also be used as two single beds. A baby bed is available upon request. The TV is adjustable and the kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom features a toilet and a shower. Additionally, there is a bike room and a ski room available. The use of the washing machine and dryer is included, as well as TV, Wi-Fi and electricity. A small storage room can be used upon request.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
