Direct access from this level leads out to the garden and to a roofed terrace of 15 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs for outdoor relaxation.

The first upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features an entrance hall equipped with air conditioning and 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
