On the main level, the living and dining area forms the heart of the property, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a home cinema setup, with electric shutters and direct access to a south-west facing terrace. A large, open kitchen with a cooking island and dining table is also situated on this floor, alongside a separate WC. The ground floor further includes a large entrance hall. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower room, and a private exit to the garden. On the upper floor, a gallery adds architectural character to the space. The second bedroom features 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shared bathroom with both bath and shower facilities, as well as a separate WC, serves the upper floor. A large terrace of 10 m2 with a south-west facing orientation completes the outdoor space, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.
