From this space, you have direct access to a 26 m2 terrace. The first bedroom on this level is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 150 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 1 double bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully equipped, and the bathroom consists of a shower and WC.

The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, features a separate living room with a flat screen television, as well as the third bedroom, which contains 2 single beds each measuring 75 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
