"Central Parc 2" is a fully renovated 2-room apartment of 69 m2, located on the ground floor and completed with modern and tasteful furnishings in 2024. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area is equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for additional guests, and features a cable TV as well as direct access to the terrace. The 1 large bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 x 90 cm mattresses and measuring 200 cm in length, also benefiting from a cable TV and its own exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The bathroom features a shower and WC. The apartment also benefits from a large, south-facing terrace furnished with terrace furniture and offering pleasant views of the surrounding countryside.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
