On the main level, you will find a spacious living room that opens directly onto the garden and terrace, alongside a separate dining room that also benefits from access to the garden and terrace. A large, fully equipped kitchen connects to a pergola and patio area, and a separate WC completes this floor.

On the lower ground floor, the 4 bedrooms are arranged to offer privacy and comfort. The first bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bath and WC. The second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, includes a private bath and WC, and opens directly onto the terrace. The third bedroom offers 1 french bed measuring 190 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with its own bath and WC. The fourth bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, is served by a shower and WC, and also provides direct access to the terrace. A small open kitchen is available on this level, along with an additional shower and WC.
