This beautifully renovated vacation rental spans 400 square metres across 3 levels, offering a thoughtfully designed interior that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Fully renovated in 2022 and furnished with elegant wooden pieces in a comfortable country house style, the property exudes warmth and character throughout.

On the main level, you will find a welcoming living and dining area featuring a Scandinavian wood stove, a kitchen corner, and a satellite TV. A separate dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes only, adds a refined touch to the space, along with an additional satellite TV and a separate WC. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace. Also on this floor is 1 bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 shower rooms and a separate WC, providing additional bathroom facilities for guests staying on the upper levels.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings ranging in height from 90 to 210 cm, each fitted with a rooflight that fills the space with natural light. Each of these rooms is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each is served by its own private shower and WC, as well as a satellite TV.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
