Unit Layout

At Le Bouquetin, you will find a spacious 195 m2 chalet spread across three levels with partly sloping ceilings. The main floor features a living/dining room, a small room with a 120 cm bed, and another room with a 160 cm French bed. The lower ground floor contains a bedroom with a French bed and access to a north-facing terrace. The top floor, accessible by ladder, includes an open room with sloping ceilings (110-130 cm height) containing two 90 cm beds, and an additional room with sloping ceilings (110-230 cm height) featuring a 140 cm French bed.

Amenities Included

Your vacation accommodation comes fully equipped with modern conveniences including a Scandinavian wood stove, cable TV, washing machine, dryer, and WiFi internet access. The kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine with Dolce Gusto capsules, and a cheese fondue set. The chalet features two bathrooms, one with a shower, and separate WC facilities. Outside, you will find terrace furniture and a barbecue to enjoy on both the north and west-facing terraces.

Other Information

The chalet offers beautiful valley views from its position. The property has dedicated parking facilities and is designed exclusively for non-smokers. Due to the layout and features of the property, it is not suitable for small children. The accommodation requires guests to climb a ladder to access the top floor. All furniture is tastefully chosen with wooden elements throughout the property.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
