This level also includes a bathroom and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, 1 room features a french bed and offers direct access to the terrace, with a north-facing position and a private shower and WC. The top floor, accessible via a ladder, comprises 2 additional sleeping areas: 1 open room with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 110 to 130 cm, furnished with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and 1 further room with sloping ceilings where the ceiling height ranges from 110 to 230 cm, fitted with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.
