The bathroom includes a shower and a separate WC. A balcony accessible directly from the main living area extends the usable space and is furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a pleasant spot to relax.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
